Hello everyone, and welcome to the GOOD SESH blog page! To start, I just want to say thank you to those of you who have been patient through the journey of developing of this brand and my vision. To those of you who are just discovering us....welcome to the sesh!

GOOD SESH is a brand that originated off the creativity and inclusivity that exists within the 4/20 community that is not always represented in mainstream marijuana branding...hence the name. This prompted the very first design that was released on April 20th, 2023 to soft launch the brand. I had so much fun creating the art and the promo for that collection, and I learned SO much throughout that process. I was able to use my art in collaboration with the filming and editing experience of my friends to create a memorable launch that only inspired me further in the development of this brand. The amount of support that was received inspired me to keep going and brought me to the realization that I could use my vision to inspire others to show their passions to the world, to push boundaries, and create the diversity that is lacking across all sectors.

Creating a brand was something I've seen done around me growing up, but never by anyone who I could fully relate to. I am a transracial adoptee of Honduran/El Salvadoran descent who grew up in predominately white communities, so I was never really surrounded by people who were viewed in the world the same as I was or had similar experiences. Although I grew up in this type of environment and made myself comfortable, there was always a lingering feeling that although I could "fit in" there really wasn't much representation for people who looked like me in the spaces I was accustomed to. With this life experience I made it my mission to use my voice and create that representation by not fearing away from my differences and encouraging others to join me!

With this brand I strive to use it as a vessel to encourage the learning of educational and recreational activities amongst people who share similar experiences to myself, as well as those who want to support the vision. This blog page is just one of a variety of projects that are in the works for GOOD SESH to be used to give insight to topics that deserve to be shared and that I hold close to my heart.
